Open your home to a rescued farm animal
We place chickens, ducks, and small ruminants in vetted forever homes. Our adoption process is thorough — for their sake and yours.
The right home, not just any home
Farm animals are a long-term commitment. A hen can live 8 years, a goat 15, a pig 18, a horse 30. We place every animal carefully, so you can both thrive.
What we look for
- At least one acre of safely-fenced outdoor space (more for cows or horses).
- Predator-secure shelter — a barn, sturdy coop, or insulated stall.
- A relationship with a large-animal vet, or willingness to establish one.
- Companionship: most farm animals need at least one of their own kind.
- Time to integrate slowly and patience with healing animals.
The adoption process, step by step
Most placements take 2–4 weeks. We stay available for the rest of the animal's life — questions, vet referrals, or just photos to share.
